Many of our clients are large international (listed) companies or financial institutions that request us to advise them in their cross-border corporate or financial transactions or to litigate in commercial disputes. Our History
Brada Kuttner was created in 1993 through a merger of the law firms of Shai Kuttner and Jouke Brada. From its inception Brada Kuttner has focused on an international practice with offices in Amsterdam, New York and Tel Aviv. Our international network is enhanced by our informal alliance with Dewey and LeBoeuf, one of the world's leading law firms with approximately 1,200 lawyers with 26 offices in 12 countries.
